Welcome to Wavemens

There are many challenges facing employers and employees. Not the least of these is the increasing multicultural environment in which we live and work. Recognizing, working with and valuing the role this plays is crucial – for it is known that ignoring these differences can undermine the possibility of moving forward – personally, professionally and from an organization’s point of view –structurally.

Wavemens supports international organizations and individuals within the international community in the area of The Hague by providing tailored training, coaching and counseling to individuals who find themselves unsure of where they stand and for groups within organizations wishing to improve the professional atmosphere in which their employees function.

Trainings from Wavemens are practical; experience oriented and provide fundamental insights into cultural differences and human behavior in international settings in order to establish effective communication and cooperation on a long term basis.

Topics such as creating opportunities from change, intercultural awareness, conflict resolution, are of particular relevance for people working within an international staff. Topics such as saying goodbye and arriving, homesickness, finding your feet in another society are of particular relevance for expats and their families.

Wavemens’ services cover these topics. Wavemens supports organizations and individuals in dealing with the challenges of an international career and life.

Personal note

“The life of an expat is one of coming and going, of saying goodbye and making new contacts, and time and again finding your own place within your workplace as well as in the community’. In order to be able to handle these changes you need stability, a base. For expats and their partners this base is not always a given. Consciously paying attention to stability and change is very important for people with an international career and their families. My workshops and training courses will teach you how to do this.”
