A series of training programs have been created for the workplace in which intercultural issues arise. These can be further tailored to your needs upon consultation. Furthermore a specific coaching program is available for individuals, managers, confronted with similar challenges in their job. Trainings form Wavemens are practical, experience oriented and provide fundamental insights into cultural differences and human behavior in international settings in order to establish effective communication and cooperation on a long term bases.
